Assistant Account Executive:

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct daily client communications. 
  • Assist in the development of press materials, including press releases, media lists, media pitches, collateral and mailers.
  • Collaborate with account teams on the development and implementation of client deliverables. 
  • Daily monitoring of the press inbox to actively respond and forward press requests as needed.

As attendance of occasional on-site client meetings are required, applicants must be located on Long Island or in NYC.

Graphic Designer (Part-Time):

Seeking a designer for 20 hours per week, half days are preferable. Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is required, Video Editing or Keynote is a plus. Must be good with project handoffs, tracking and team communication. As occasional in-office attendance is required, applicants must be located on Long Island or in NYC. Qualifications: 

  • Must be proficient with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. 
  • Ability to prioritize and execute simultaneous projects on behalf of multiple clients.
  • Highly organized self-starter with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-faceted, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Freelance Creatives:

An increase in clientele has expanded our need for creative talent. We are seeking to partner with  designers, photographers, videographers, website developers, copywriters and everything in between.
